About the event

To build our first 26 Townie Homes--and all future homes--A2CLT needs the County Board of Commissioners to approve an agreement that will refund these future homeowners' property taxes to A2CLT for the next 30 years, enabling us to get a loan, pay for some of the construction costs, and make the homes affordable. We want at least ten prospective buyers to commit to giving a brief comment, asking the commissioners to vote YES on the Townie Homes Housing TIF plan (or Housing TIF Brownfield plan). The more buyers that speak, the more importance the Commissioners will see in this issue and funding.
The meeting is at the Washtenaw County Administration Building at 220 N. Main Street in downtown Ann Arbor, starting at 7:00 pm. Parking is free downtown after 6:00 pm, so you can park on Main Street or in the lot behind the building or on nearby streets or…
