Who Can Help?
A2CLT needs all types of property from all sorts of owners--individuals, public entities, small and large businesses--as donations, sales, or land leases. A2CLT is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, so donations or discounted sales can provide a tax deduction.

Lot splits from large parcels, such as homes with big yards or excess land on the edge of parking lots
