Who are our members?
The Indianapolis Community Land Trust members come from all over Indy and are the community "owners" of the CLT, helping lead and shape its direction.
Where do our members live?
Who wants affordable housing through the CLT?
When members sign up they're asked if they would like to attain affordable housing through the Community Land Trust. These are the Indy residents who would like to live in the CLT if and when we can leverage the resources to make it a reality.
